Our History
PenserSC is a company with deep roots in Jacksonville 3PL logistics. We started as Peninsular Warehouse in 1908. Augustus R. O’Dell, Sr. acquired the company in 1912. The O’Dell family has been involved in owning and operating the company ever since. From Jacksonville, the company expanded to build warehouses and terminals in Orlando and Miami. Starting in 1966, Jacksonville logistics support services were added by creating Penser Transportation as a sister company to support the growing needs of our customers.
Today, all are united under the PenserSC umbrella to develop strategies and deliver a wide range of Southeast supply chain solutions.
